Here you can perform a search of our county land records tract information at no charge;  you must however log-in to enter the system. 

Username:  PUBLIC  Password:  Public  (These are case-sensitive.)

Past indexing of documents was not always consistent, we are working backwards to correct these. In the meantime here are some searching tips.

Search tips:

1. Last Name First Name (example: Doe John)
2. First Name Last Name (example: John Doe)
3. If Grantor/Grantees were married (example: John and Jane Doe) OR (John & Jane Doe)

Escrow Account Users:

If you are a regular escrow account user please log in using your username and password, and doing so will automatically debit any charges to your escrow account.

After you purchase the document online, the office will be notified and your requested document can either be emailed or mailed to you.  Please provide your email/mailing address in the note portion of GovPay.
